Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 28 April 2025
Manee Advisors ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information with care and transparency. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights available to the people whose information we hold.
This policy applies to information collected through our website at maneeadva.world, through our contact form, and through our programme registration process. It is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (PDPA), which took full effect on 1 June 2022.
If you have any question about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
1. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and administer our programmes. This includes:
- Name and email address — collected through our contact form when a person submits an enquiry or requests programme information.
- Phone number — collected if voluntarily provided in the contact form, or when a person calls our office directly.
- Message content — any information voluntarily included in the message field of the contact form.
- Website usage data — collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect financial information, identification documents, or sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA (such as health information, race, or political opinions).
2. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the PDPA, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for marketing communications, where a person has agreed to receive information about future programmes.
- Contractual necessity — for programme enrolment, where processing is necessary to fulfil the programme agreement.
- Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form and for improving our website through analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through our contact form is used to respond to enquiries, provide programme details, and confirm enrolments. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.
If a person has agreed to receive programme updates, their email address may be used to send information about new cohort dates or programme changes. Every such communication includes a clear option to unsubscribe.
Website usage data collected through analytics is used to understand how visitors use our site so that we can improve its content and structure. This data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify individuals.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we use third-party services including Google Analytics for website analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by Thai law, court order, or other legal process.
Manee Advisors has no commercial relationships with financial product providers and does not share participant data with any such providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Contact form enquiries that do not result in programme enrolment: up to 12 months from the date of the enquiry.
- Programme participant records: up to 3 years after programme completion, for administrative and legal record-keeping purposes.
- Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn, then deleted within 30 days.
6. Data Protection Measures
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. These include:
- HTTPS encryption for all website communications.
- Access controls limiting data access to staff who require it for programme administration.
- Secure storage of participant records with restricted access.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify the relevant Thai supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by the PDPA.
7. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, data subjects in Thailand have the following rights:
- Right to access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to lodge a complaint — you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
To exercise any of these rights, please write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to function correctly and to understand how it is used. For a full description of the cookies we use, their purpose, and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy.

10. Children's Privacy

If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have received information from a minor, please contact us at [email protected].
11. Changes to This Policy
